We at CHL value client confidentiality as an important aspect of our success. Following are steps we have established in protecting customer information:


  • Explain to employees the need and importance of protecting customer information;
  • Define the proper use of customer information;
  • Prohibit the dissemination of customer confidential information;
  • Educate employees on the kind of situations in which they might unwittingly reveal confidential information;
  • Remind employees that work product belongs to the business, not to individual employees;
  • Determine to prosecute the theft of secrets.
